S Week

Hey Friends :) I have been floored by this virus I have that started Sunday... As a result, my eating has been weird to say the least... Hey Kev! Just a quick thing on the tendonitis issue... If it is tendonitis, try doing that circular ice massage thing I mentioned back on the old group... Step 1. freeze a glass of water, large paper dixie cups are good... Step 2. rub the ice on your shoulder, where it hurts, using circular motion.....

Hey CV! When my period is around the bend I just avoid weighing myself... I'm not sure what you mean by "holding pattern" but I'm assuming you are referring to your weight. If that's the case, just weigh in once your cycle is over... My weight goes up, predictably 3-4 lbs because of water retention....

Hi Daddy Reinhard! Yep, my back was one sad puppy, when I had to pick up and change and nurse and bathe my "little" guy... Richard was 11 lbs at birth!!! Hi Jan! I agree that the SG is far superior to the dumbells... your range of motion isn't stifled with dumbells, but two things are really different with SG...
