I would agree sleep, BUT I sleep soooooo much better when I get exercise! In fact, I don't sleep well without exercise. My two biggest motivations for exercise is feeling better and sleeping well. I think we have to look at exercise differently. We don't néed to work out an hour a day. 10 minutes a...

My problems are more childcare rather than time. I do on occasion take the kiddos with but not the same as being by myself and letting my mind wander. Also, rarely do they keep up any pace. One day. I was thinking Jane Austin novels too. Also, in the Soud of Music the kids often were walked/ marched...

I have to say even though I tend to overdo it on the weekends those things I crave all week are often disappointing when I get to the weekend. Jonas, I love potatoes we all do in our house. I was going to make cod tonight but we have a crazy soccer schedule tonight. Three of the kids have practice and my husband has a late game so might make pasta. That way everyone can grab some when they get home. They would ignore the fish.

I have actually considered this myself regarding pasta. I have a hard time eating it moderately. I think I will eventually make that mod for myself. I actually had pasta both yesterday and today for lunch, I love it so much! Pasta made with whole wheat is ok though like barilla I think it's 50/50. I...

I think I am going to make buttermilk pie, it's like a custard type pie. I think I have all the ingredients on hand.

How about you what are you looking forward to indulging in this weekend?

Tonight it's bangers an mash. I got these spicy jalapeño sausages from Costco. I know I have lots of veggies in the fridge, and a salad.
