This sort of stuff usually doesn't irritate me but it did tonight, and I think the reason for my irritation is I would like to eat more and can't. Another way to look at it..... Probably this stuff always irritates you, but when you distract yourself with food, you don't notice it as much. :wink:

I am extremely healthy,
and have been maintaining a large weight loss for about 6 years.

I love diet cokes (now I hate the taste of "real" liquid sugar cokes),
and I drink them whenever I wish.
I also use artificial sweeteners all of the time.

I've been posting on this forum consistently
since I first began in spring of 2008.
I've been working on different aspects of the Habit concept since then,
but I also count calories, keep a computer food journal,
and eat the same on weekends as on weekdays,
and am not "vanilla" No S.
