If it works for you, do it! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and I tend to feel shakey within a few hours of waking if I don't eat something, but my husband can't stomach any food until lunchtime. We're both at a healthy, normal weight.

I gained a few pounds at one point, but my vanilla NoS eating habits remained the same. I think the culprit was the fact that I stopped exercising. Once I bumped up my physical activity level, the pounds dropped back off.

I find eating a lot of sugar causes me to feel bloated. If starting NoS has caused you to take in a lot less sugar, you could be losing water weight from that. (Though I'm sure at least 1 or 2 of though pounds are real weight loss from eating less, too!)
