Yum, that chicken and couscous looks amazing! It's great to hear that a small change of mindset has had such a huge impact! I definitely feel like my belly is flatter with NoS, too. What do you consider for NoS instead of the pass/fail? I think I'm at a pretty good point where I don't really care to...

Glad you are getting your leg sorted. You definitely deserve S-Days for your recovery, which means you aren't off track and no getting back on next week! I hope your leg feels better quickly.

Shadowfairy - no worries about the red days - they are over and done with. Just move on and focus on right now - we'll get the hang of it soon!

Mmm, I love kale chips! It sounds like cooking at home would be an easy way to avoid most of the packaged stuff. I know for myself that even if I eat "unhealthy" foods that are cooked at home, I feel better and tend to lose weight versus eating "healthy" foods out of the house. Now, if only I could ...

So, some positive - I spoke with DH, and he said that he is fine with getting rid of the magazines, yay! I better get those tossed quickly before he changes his mind!

I didn't get anything done this weekend, and tonight I won't be home until late, so I'll be picking back up tomorrow.

Thanks, everyone! Friday was a great day - easy success, I love it when that happens. This weekend however... Fortunately, there are no fails on S Days! Saturday was pretty good - I went to the US Open, which was great! I had a great lunch, enjoyed an ice cream bar (since it was so hot), and had a b...

Well, I cleared off the magazines from the top of the bookshelf - there's still more stuff though - and they were all DH's mags, so I didn't toss them. I am not taking any decluttering credit for last night, but will be back on track this weekend.

Funny how the whole weight thing works, huh? It definitely isn't a perfect measurement. I tend to think of it as a trend versus true measurements every day, although, I don't even weigh myself

Agreed on perfection. I find that not worrying about a fail has helped me stop myself after a small fail for the day, whereas before NoS, I would have likely binged and sabotaged myself until a new day. The way I see it on NoS is that each meal and the time in between a meal is a new start, even if ...
