Yep, what everyone said. We won't win the biggest loser show, that's for sure, but setting new and healthy habits with food (and largely emotions for me!) makes it a cumulative effort. Welcome! Take each day one at a time, even one meal at a time! Be forgiving in that, if you slip up and snack inbetween meals, start the next meal as a healthy one and avoid seconds and snacking.

Blrrrrrgh! I hate the gyno. But not as much as the dentist! One thing I want to share with my gyno when I go in (I think I'm due in May) is about menstrual cups!! I am SO strangely excited by them! Well, learn from this oopsie and try to move on- start with the very next meal.

This comes from experience. Lost 20lbs in a year (slow but sure) and have been struggling with my N days as well.
