It helps me to not think of it as 21 days or that may overwhelm me.
Just be compliant today. And then again tomorrow and before you know it, 21 days will go by and your habit will be stronger!

Just consider it all part of the meal. Eat a regular dinner tonight as you would have already.
I think sometimes a binge is what we MAKE of it. You added the unexpected oyster crackers and let your mind take it away.
