DAY 3: SUCCESS + S For lunch: Same as yesterday's dinner (on different bread) For dinner: two hot dogs and an apple Today... was not so good. It was fine until mid-way through dinner, when I had finished half of my apple and felt full - I kept eating. And when my brother offered me part of his choco...

DAY 1: SUCCESS

Today... could have been worse. I found ways to distract myself before/after dinner (I woke up at 3 pm - don't judge me - so i just had dinner), which was a salami sandwich, a banana, and some whole milk.
I also drank a lot of watered-down orange juice today (1:2 to 1:3).

Katie's Getting Back on the Wagon

Hi everyone, I've been following the No S Diet (Vanilla) since the end of September '09, and after the first day, when I forgot about No S and popped some pretzels into my mouth, I haven't had any failures, and hardly any NWK S days. Until last summer, that is. I started feeling unhappy with the res...

Hi, sorry I didn't give you guys an update. It's all good... I tried to be a little less restrictive and stopped obsessing over taking my bike / walking instead of riding the bus / taking a car etc. Also, my parents stopped buying 1.5 % milk and now I can only drink whole milk. I now weigh around 10...

Do you find it hard to make it to each meal? Like, are you starving and shaking by the time you can eat or before bed? If I did, I'd know why I was losing so much weight  I do get hungry before meals, but not super-hungry or shaky. Maybe just add in some of the foods you were eating before tha...

That's odd. I'll try and pick some dietary defaults that are higher in calories, then.

Suggestions?

I keep losing - that can't be healthy

Hi there, I have a rather unusual problem, but since it's No S related, I think I can still ask you guys about it. I started Vanilla No S in the end of September 2009 because I had gained so much weight during my stay in the US (I was an exchange student there for a year). I weighed 120.6 lb then. I...

I'll have to resurrect this old thread. I've lost the weight I wanted to lose on No S, kept it off, and only failed twice since I started No S. Two things are bothering me about "vanilla", though: 1. on S days, I tend to graze on sweets all day 2. during the week, when I want to have ice cream with ...

Taking a break from No S?

I've been doing No S since September, reached my goal weight around Christmas, and am currently maintaining. My problem is that I have so much stuff going on in my life right now, especially at school (German high school is much worse than American high school, it's more like IB, actually), and I th...

There are people who live without meat, people who never consume any animal products, people who only eat raw, and there are probably even stranger food plans... so why not quit sweets? Is there anyone who knows someone who never eats sweets? I've noticed that sweets really aren't good for me....

I'd say have breakfast right after your workout, bring lunch to work and eat during your lunch break (I'd set a time for lunch if I were you), and eat dinner after you come home at 8 pm.
