I don't drink wine but I think you should put this question on the general discussions list, with a subject line like "wine a problem" or something like that. You might get more responses than just from posting in your daily check in.

Thursday: success Really difficult to go to water aerobics last night. Was very hungry and sleepy. Went anyway! Well they do have a delivery option but I live near one of the distribution sites. They also have low-calorie (low-fat) but I didn't enjoy it. The low-carb has vegetables at every meal (including breakfast).

Worried about S days

The last couple of weekends, I've really overdone it on S days. I wonder if this is a new no-S dieter thing and whether the excess will abate in time. Otherwise, I think I undo what I did well during the week on the weekend...
