Okay, I'm doing these every other day now (on non SG days). Pretty soon I'm going to go to sets of 75 (or at least try to). I can bang through 60 pretty easily. I may not have great form, though. On off days, I do slow diamonds, Hindus, close arms, wide arms, etc. to improve my form and add variety....

Enjoy the binge. You won't be doing much of it anymore, becuase you'll know you can, so you won't need to. I'm betting that next weekend your binges will be smaller.
I would think, though, that eating in the middle of the night should be avoided if at all possible. It can't be good for you.

Good luck
The association between sports and food is a strong one. I took to listening rather than watching, and doing something useful at the same time. Of course, be a Nationals fan (they are on TV infrequently because Angelos owns the TV rights - you gotta love Major League Baseball collusion), the choice ...

I'll be ideal at 165.
It's gotta be white bread to get the complete experience. It isn't supposed to have a hint of healthiness around it.

Don't sell yourself short!
While Reinhard sees this as mostly a method for controlling your caloric intake, I believe there is something more important about No-S. And, I think it's something that you can learn to apply to other parts of your life. It's this: you make yourself a promise not to eat between, meals, and then you...

I haven't checked in for a while. Things are going well. My weight continues to drop, although very slowly. It doesn't really matter, though, because I'm a little lighter every week. Anyway, that's it for today. Starting weight 195 or so. Current weight 178.5. Initial target weight 175. Revised targ...

As a member of the middle-age club, I've been paying attention to the recent uproar about hydrogenated (a.k.a. trans) fats. If you haven't already, you might want to read up on them.

Good luck with No-S. It's not always easy, but any success will actually help. I have to agree: you do the best you can when you are travelling. If you feel like it, do penance. That's what I do. Deb, Ron Darling, one of the really good pitchers from the Mets mid-80s teams, does the TV play by play for the Nats. A very intelligent, Yale educated. I'm doing them completely unweighted, fast, working backto 100 at a set, but I can usually only do one set. Once you get past 50, it feels like running hard uphill.
Really fit folks that do these regularly can do 300-500 at a clip. Yikes!
