Ditto. I don't always post my meals here, but I do keep an Evernote food journal, and I record everything I eat, even on red days, even binges, purely as a means of collecting data. I find it empowering - it clearly shows that it is me and only me who is responsible for my eating habits.

This year my goal is to keep to three meals a day, nothing in between and sweets in small doses as part of meals if desired. I've been doing this the last little while, especially once the baby was born with great success. I'll be most probably trying out sorta kinda the same thing later this month...

I second what you said about grazing. I firmly believe that snacking is the most detrimental contemporary eating habit. Sweets can be your downfall, but, as Kevin posted somewhere here, "it's snacking that will kill you".
