The problem is everyone wants "McValue" these days. Why get a decent sized normal meal when you can have an entire trough for the same price? It's pathetic; I can't even eat what is considered a "normal" meal these days at most restaurants and I'm certainly not a small person.

^ Agreed. Much better to just start off slow and warm up into exercise. Stretching as a part of warm up is pointless (as opposed to stretching for the sake of gaining flexibility) and actually temporarily weakens muscles leading to greater risk of injury.

I just did my second workout and today I used an egg timer for 14 mins. Yesterday I didn't time anything. I found I was completely shattered at 7mins and had to call quits. I'll probably continue to set the timer for 14mins and when I am toast see how far along I got if I miss the mark.
