Quick check in, need to check on mom before work. Yesterday I just wanted to eat everything in sight, maybe hormonal or just the reaction to all the stress of the last few days, but I did not cave!! I just ate what and when I was supposed to and offered up the "fasting" for those who needed it. Toda...

Ok, hopefully no more bad news. I am still not over eating, though stressed from worrying about friends, but I know that over eating won't help them and could end up with me in the bed next to them  Here is my plan for today: 9am- 1/2 cup fiber one milk banana 1pm- lasagne 1 slice extra fiber b...

Thanks for sharing your story. Another reason I liked this program and Reinhard is that he shares everything for FREE, meaning that his ultimate goal is not to pad his pocketbook with our hard earned money, the guy is genuine. I did buy the book to help him out and the book does bring excellent poin...

Re: Amazing!
Today I whirled an apple, cinnamon and three dates (three lousy dates, you know, the dried fruit from the Middle East) in my food processor to put on my multigrain kashi cereal. The damn stuff was so sweet I had to throw it out. Never would have dreamed such a day would come. f It's weird isnt' it?...

Just a quick note to thank everyone for their prayers ans support, you are all such a blessing. The baby is the same, I figure no bad news is a good thing. My friend in the motorcycle accident is off the vent and even though she is still sedated her son said when you call her name she does open her ...

Thank you all so much, you are all such a blessing! We found out that my friend in the motorcycle accident is off the vent, though she is very heavily sedated, and we do not know the extent of her head injury, but I think that she is breathing on her own is a good sign The baby is not better, but he...

Oh, I forgot. On the positive side, I went to the grocery store to get milk to keep at work in case I get too hungry and there was the WW magazine with it's tantalizing cover on how to boost metabolism, etc. etc. and I picked it up and put it back. I had vowed that since I found this program I was n...

Please pray for me...
It's starting out to be a rough week. First one of the ladies who works for me and also a best friend had a grandbaby early, he was not supposed to come until August and he came Saturday, he is of course on a vent in ICU with an infection, the mom has an infection, he was without oxygen so we do not...

Good for you to stick to your guns! I smiled when I saw Jillybean, there is a painter whose artwork is beautiful, I love her santa's, her name is Jillybean. The awesome thing about this program is that, you can have gratification, you just have to wait for it. It's not like the other diets, where ce...
