I blew it tonight. With the darned Amish bread...it was so good that I had one slice with dinner, then two after dinner. I feel overstuffed, and sad that I didn't just have a little, then wait until Satuday. My first red mark for No S habitcal in May! I'll take it as a learning experience, and star...

I have a 9 year old (B)Rat Terrier. I have a 9 year old Jack Russell Terrier. (He's a spoiled brat too!) But I wouldn't have him any other way. If you find yourself drinking diet coke during the week, buy it in a bottle, drink it as you normally do and cut back a little bit every day, have half the bottle or just a small glass, sometimes a small bottle will last me 2 days, I too am trying to put it on S days, but I cut down a long time ago ...

I think what you are talking about is more of a fluctuation rather than yo-yoing. I don't know if it’s realistic to think that once you get to your "happy" weight that there will be no fluctuating. Maybe you should give yourself a "happy" range. That way you have the freedom of going a bit crazy ...

I don't see the V-8 as a problem to ward off hunger between meals. I usually drink milk, I only allow an 8oz glass between breakfast and lunch and then another one between lunch and supper, as my meals are 5 hours apart, for all other liquids I drink water. God BLess.
