We went from regular salt to sea salt. I like the sea salt better, hubby finds it's not as fine as regular salt, but, when you have had the regular kind all yourl life, it will take getting used to the coarser sea salt.

I've also noticed that when I'm on track I seem to get all my fruits and veggies in even without trying. What I have found by trial and error that, at least for me, a balance of food, carb, protein, fruit, veggie, dairy.... all represented... holds me longer and I feel much better. The same for me.

Hello there. I drink milk or V-8 between meals if the hunger gets too be too much, as far as I can tell, it's ok. It does not have added sugar and it's healty for you, so I say go for it. God Bless.

Good Morning! You a former TOPS member too? I was about 10 years or so ago. I had lost 90 pounds and manages to gain it all back in 10 years plus some extra. The reason I quit? I got burned out with all the counting, measuring, good food vs. bad food, etc. Have a blessed No S day.
