I’ve been the same way, having more on hungrier days, & I’m like that too, hungrier the first few days of my cycle!! It feels good to just honor the extra hunger!! I’m usually slightly disappointed when it’s gone though because I love having room for more :lol:

Exercise is the best & I love that you took time off & felt even better for it. It think it can be easy to feel guilty for rest when it’s actually really good for a person too!!

My son caught COVID at college too! He is quarantining at home now while we are traveling. He had mild symptoms too, one day where he felt pretty bad, but not nearly as bad as I’ve seen him feel with other things!!

I wouldn’t discount the impact your daughter leaving has had! When my son left my eating was off for a bit & I didn’t put it together until I was looking at the calendar where I keep track of how I’m doing. I had no successes for a while after he left :lol:

I notice that with processed foods too!! They don’t work well with hunger/fullness cues! I really do feel they are manufactured to do that to you!! It always bothered me in the IE community where that was such a taboo topic!!

I think you are totally right Pink!! I think working out too much came from my calorie counting days where it felt like I had to eat less if I skipped it & never felt like eating less. So sad that the real truth was that it doesn’t actually work that way at all!!!

I think you’re totally right Auto!! I think we’re all different too, more strict works better for some, less strict works better for others. I think the ones this works the best for are making No S fit them instead of making themselves fit No S :D

I do No S differently than most because I didn’t want weekends to feel like I had to get it all in while I could. Nice job on the 21 miles!! One of my favorite things about exercise is how amazing food tastes after :lol: I have eaten hardly any fruits & veggies at all lately!! The thing that surprises me about it is that I’m not overeating or eating terribly unhealthy either so I’m not necessarily craving them....
