I am doing great on my 2-mile run habit. I tried out some shovel gloving this morning after my run. I felt it activating some back muscles that I don't use enough (lats?). I can only manage about 10 minutes at a relatively slow pace. I don't want to hurt myself.

Congratulations on your baby girl! I breastfed my daughter for about 2 years. I found that drinking sufficient water was the key thing for me in maintaining supply. I also needed less food after she started solids. Good luck!

Daily weigh-ins can freak you out. I was down a couple of pounds, to 182, a few days ago, and thus feeling very optimistic. Then today I weighed myself and was back at 184. I am going to concentrate on getting the habits solid, then worry about the next steps.
