Nothing wrong with putting cereal in your yogurt. I often crumble a cereal bar of some kind into my yogurt and add flax seed, yummy. Thanks marc. Very interesting. I particularly agree with the one about too many food choices. Thanks to you all. I boil a dozen eggs at a time and keep them in a covered container in the fridge. Very easy to grab a healthy bit of protein. I think what you mentioned might be mine as well, the unconscious fried potato out of the skillet on the fork with a little salt, etc. while cooking - the croutons while making a salad - little stuff that adds up.
