Day 8 (May 26): S day. Ran 9 miles and did yoga.
Day 9 (May 27): S day. Swam a half a mile and ran 4 miles. Ate when I wasn't hungry, though, which was stupid.

Dru, actually this league has a rule that amounts to "first and girl..." a woman has to touch the ball every four downs, so usually first down is "wasted" on throwing it to a woman (to get it out of the way I guess).
