Where is the glass ceiling?
Hi everybody! I want to go with No S's and Glass Ceiling. The first I hope I'll be able to manage okay - anyway, so far it's been great and problem free. But the second is going to be harder for me, and so far I haven't spotted anything about it here - probably me being dumb. Bye for now.

You'll notice some slight discrepancies between these two documents (example, the podcast plays down the importance of the "DMV" definition of a drink). The reason for this is that the podcast is newer than what I have on the "official page" and my stance has evolved a little now that I've been doing this for a few years. I should probably sync up the documents at some point....
