i can't believe how much sense this makes. not only does cutting sweets out during the week help with general caloric reduction, but it also seriously reduces the cravings. the weekend came and went and i didn't gorge myself at all.
lots of good behavioral discussion in the book that i've never seen in any other diet book. well done.
i'm doing well, feel better, being vigilant, and my husband doesn't even know what i'm up to!
