And I love how great I feel! I am not hungry at all between meals and find I have tons of energy! I am suprised at how much I had been "snacking" and how many "sweets" I ate before!
This is the perfect diet for me!
I am losing weight and my shirts and underwear are fitting better! Yahooo!
WORK HARD, PLAY HARDER!

Hey Josie!

I'm really glad to hear it's going so well for you. Great news. :D

I think you'd get more people looking at and replying to your postings though if you put them in proper forum, rather than just in the Test Messages section. :)

Look at the top of your screen. Under Everyday systems it says 'Board'. Click on that and you'll see the whole bulletin board. You can click on different sections to read and post in there instead of here.

Look forward to seeing you in the NoSDiet forum proper!

C.

Welcome, Josie, and congratulations on making it to week one. You're welcome to continue posting in test messages, but as Carolejo said, you'll get more of an audience in "general discussion" or "daily check in."

Looking forward to hearing more from you,

Reinhard

Yeah...
I thought there was some kind of crash or something again! LOL..
(Heavenly computer gods forbid!)

Good luck Josie!
You and my son are enjoying loose undergarments again!
He's been writing how his boxers are falling down!
Soon you'll be in the "My pants fell down" club :)
Rock on!
Peace and Love,
8) Deb
