New to this board

Today is day 2 on the No S diet. Still reading the book. I've done really well so far other than being really hungry between meals today, but I didn't cheat. One thing good is this plan is making me go to bed earlier every night. No more stay up till midnight. I'm in bed by 9. I know if I stay up any later I'll start getting hungry and so I think just this is going to help me lose weight since I won't be eatting late.
