I have never posted on anything, so really clueless. However, hubby and I started around lunch-time last wednesday, the 8th Feb. We've tried all the other stuff, it all comes back. :( We're tired of all the 'do not' lists.... can it be healthy? of course gaining isn't healthy either.....

I googled the French diet, and "NO S" was along the side somewhere. Made sense, and so starting at lunch, we started. Its been hard, I have a toddler and preschooler who I am home with all day and when their mouths move, so does mine. Snacking is probably my biggest problem.

It was a short time to the weekend, and we had our anniversaryto celebrate on friday and a party on Saturday. All in all, we ate too much, but took it easy on Sunday. This week will surely be tougher, since its a full week.
I know I won't see pounds dropping immediately, but I'm hoping to not be ashamed in the summer. :D

It's not unlikely for you to lose around 3 to 4 pounds in the first month..

Couple NoS with exercise and you will see it's a great combo for success!
