Burpee Fun This Morning...

I did the countdown from 14 to 1 rep in 13:58. 105 reps. I will not seek to add anything until I can pace it to do 1 set per minute and not scramble on the last 4 sets.
So far, that means I have two favorite burpee-only workouts (half my bodyweight exercise days are dedicated to burpees, while the other half are circuits of pullups, pushups, and squats).
Workout A:
1 minute intervals-burpees for 1 min/rest for 1 min
Workout B:
Countdown-14/13/12/11/10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 burpees
