I'm starting off with this again, so, only doing 10 minutes at a time.
Routine - 7 reps of the following:
1) Churning butter
2) Fire axe from shoulder height brought down
3) Chopping a tree - shoulder height brought down across the body
4) Tricep back of head lift
5) Shoveling
Rinse and repeat. 
So far, so good. Just need to work on stretching a bit to get some more flexibility.
