The Public Humiliation Diet
I searched but didn't find anything about this here:
This guy lost 60 lbs following something very like NoS.
http://deadspin.com/5545674/the-public- ... t-a-how+to
Note that there is cursing on this link.
Look at his steps (my summary):
1. Weigh yourself daily and post it daily to twitter or some other public place. This looks like Habit Cal with a big dose of publicity. Something like the daily check ins.
2. Don't eat after 6pm.
3. No Snacks except fruit
4. No Seconds
5. No Sweets
6. Avoid carbs, but don't be nuts about it. Eat good food. Intelligent Dietary Defaults
7. Drink a ton of green tea
8. Drastically cut down drinking Glass Ceiling
9. Exercise 5 days a week Shovelglove/Urban Ranger
10. Take a fiber supplement
Thought this might be helpful to those who are looking for another habit to build in after the basics.

Striking parallels and I'll subscribe to that:
And I've sure learned a lot of new expletivesI couldn't even tell you what I'd eaten that day. But now, because I'm eating less, I can remember precisely what I ate that day and look back on it fondly. Oh, that sausage was good. So very good.
Disclaimer (still applicable):
If a person is fairly new to English their English words and expressions are influenced by their mother tongue, so things that might sound impolite to you are not always meant in that way.

Ha ha, rude & childish but funny! My inner dialogue sounds a little like this at times. The diet is quite No S isn't it, and I think the fact he keeps a sense of humour about his weight problem & solution is so much more healthy than that of the diet bores you meet who agonise over the calories in a slice of bread all afternoon.

This is a little embarrassing. I'm a 59-year-old high school English teacher whom you might think wouldn't appreciate this blog, but I, too, was howling. The idea that a restaurant steamed its rice in cocaine vapor! And that he hoped naturally thin people would die in a fire. So mean and real!
I hope he can keep up his program.
