			I can't thank you enough for this most sensible program.  No memberships to pay, nothing to count, no food diaries, just success.  I have lost 11 pounds since January 1.  That doesn't sound like much but I have also gone through a cancer diagnosis and treatment.  During treatment, the doctors don't want you to lose any weight.  Anyway the worst is over and I am on the program again.  The program is good for me because I eat enough at meals that I'm not hungry.  A small amount of weight loss each week is perfect.
