Yearly check in
Happy New Year Everyone.
I dropped out from regular posting last year, and I will admit it has made it a bit harder to keep up my NoS practice. However, in spite of a few ups and downs, my first weigh-in for the year was one lb down from my first weigh-in for last year. I will call it a year of maintenance at about 130 lbs, and am happy to do so.
My average step count for the year was a little over 10,000 steps per day. Still walking regularly with my walking group.
Yay for moderate eating.

Congratulations

Congratulations and thank you for letting us know!

Congratulations ladybird! Maintaining over the course of an entire year is still a tremendous achievement—and is neither the norm nor something that happens by accident. Happy 2025! WINhappy

Congratulations, Ladybird!! I hope that you have a wonderful next year!! I wish more than anything I can get this weight off forever and stick with No S for life. I hope I'm as successful as you!
~Turning into a normal eating, one gray day at a time. Attempting to eat 3 meals a day with 1 planned snack.

Looking forward to this year’s update. I wonder if you’ll put it here or just make a new thread? I haven’t checked the board in a while, but it came up as a bookmark. I think last year was the 10 year anniversary of the board.
