Weight-loss: are these the real facts?

I just came across some new research on what is required to lose weight. A little deflating, but I thought you'd all want to know, seems a good fit with No S.

It shouldn't be deflating. Just a longer journey.

That is interesting. For me it highlights the importance of finding a way to eat that not only allows you to lose weight, but is something you can do for the rest of your life -- and why quick weight loss plans don't work in the long term.
