...to go with shovelglove.

One of my FIRST plans is to replace soda with tea. I don't consider tea a sweet, even if I put sugar in it, so. Also tea is good for me, from what I understand!

I'm just going to have to decide what to do about my meals. I don't eat breakfast in the morning; it takes me a while before I'm reading to consume something. Brunch, tea, dinner? Second breakfast, dinner, supper? Elevenses, afternoon tea, supper?

I also have to go grocery shopping. Maybe I'll Urban Ranger it to the store.

Welcome, Heybazilla! I don't think it matters so much exactly when your meals are as long as the timing is something that works for you and you can do consistently.

Yeah, I need to figure out something consistent. That's my major problem.

Maybe I should really plan my weekly meals or something. That would also be handy for grocery shopping.

That does make a difference. I use a pressure cooker quite a bit, and that helps. I also use a crockpot. (Although they aren't as "slow cooking" as they used to be...)

Good luck to you. The most important thing is variety, and eating food with flavor.

I love my crock pot! My favorite thing to make in it is SOUP with all kinds of veggies!

In other news, tomorrow is a blood drive, so this is the perfect week for me to have started No S. I had a perfect day today, and tomorrow becomes an S day so I can have cookies and juice!

The S stands for Samaritan. :D
