Friday

Post by Ruthie71 » Thu Jan 19, 2012 1:15 pm

Is it a bit lame to start a 21 day challenge on a Friday? I am yet to complete more than a week of success at this stage. Still at the top of healthy weight range and need a push in the right direction. A massage awaits me if I become a 21 Day Club member!!!!!!

I think I started on a Friday, but I also travelled that weekend, and I tend to eat more sanely when I'm traveling. No food in the car.

Yeah, just start.

Friday is a great day to start, and a massage sounds like a wonderful incentive. Good luck!

Shoot, Saturday is a good day to start -- you can't fail. But truthfully, any day is a good day to start.

How's this last week of January? It's never too late to benefit from a green day.

What the others said. Don't give up! I started No S-ing in mid-October, made it to 3 weeks, failed a LOT in December, restarted in earnest the day after Christmas. I'm now at over 5 successful weeks and counting. It might take a few tries before it "clicks." Don't give up!
