I'm back again....

Post by brotherjohn » Tue Jun 26, 2012 12:49 am

Hello, friends!

Just a quick note tonight to let you know that I've climbed back aboard. I've had some success in the past with NoS, but for one reason or another have fallen away. But, I'm tired of having a "roll" around my waist, and so I am returning to the only plan that I know of that is do-able and sustainable.

One thing that I think will help me this time is that I now have internet at home (besides dial-up). [Yes, I truly live in the last of rural America. There is no DSL available in my community. But we now have rural-satellite-internet, which is not as fast as DSL, but is faster than dial-up.] I think that this will help me to stay in touch with you all for exhortation and encouragement.

I have a number of things that I have been wanting to tell you, but they will have to wait for now. Thanks for all you do, and keep on doing it!

warm regards,

John

We love the prodigals, but the fatted calf is served only at mealtimes.
