hello Sweetness,
Yesterday went well, it was hard to stop at the end of meals and not have something extra but I did it and Im sure it will get easier (thats what I tell myself anyway). I also went out to see a band last night and didnt eat when I came in even after a few drinks so that was a big achievement. Today is going well so far but its halloween and there will be a party later so I may make it an S evening (Id make it an S day but Id like to continue with the practice of stopping at the end of a meal and nothing till the next meal, so Ill do that for lunch and then after dinner tonight I may have a few treats with the kids. Best of luck on your new No S journey are you weighing yourself? Im thinking of weighing every six weeks or so (if I can Manage it)
Can I join you on your 21 day challenge

Ani,
I weighed myself before I left the states, but my scale doesn't work here. I probably will buy a new scale. I used to weigh once a week. For now how tight my clothes are is a good barometer. They seem to be loosening a bit, but when I weighed I was at an embarrassing almost all time high weight, so it better be going down. I don't want to say what that number is till I have a better one!!
Some people need to get away from using a scale too much, so six weeks is probably a good idea.
