Today is the day I start No S again because its the only eating style that truely makes sense to me. Today I put myself back on the top of the list as a priority. Today I STOP making excuses.....I'm excited to get my control back!!

me too! started on 2-3 but 2-4 is my first Nday. I can't do the counting calories thing forever. it is unreasonable to think that if a computer isnt' handy that i've "ruined" my diet for the day... because that type of thinking is what leads to binges! this will work best because it's so simple. 3 meals. don't eat until the next meal. no sweets. no seconds... nothing in between. how much more simple can it get! :) oh and i like the freedom that if i really want to have a sweet or something i can just do it saturday or sunday. i am trying hard to not overthink this either! no need to overthink it. just do it! if i mess up, no guilt or overeating, just wait til next meal.
