I got up this morning to find another diet program to try because I had failed my last attempt. Somehow I found your site. The S Diet looks like something that I could do for the rest of my life. After reading the when, where, and why's of the program it makes a lot of sense to me. I always personally thought diet plans were made to fail.

Welcome! This works for the majority of people in France and Italy and they don't even know they're on a diet!
Count plates, not calories. 11 years "during"
Age 69
BMI Jan/10-30.8
1/12-26.8 3/13-24.9 +/- 8-lb. 3 yrs

There is no S better than Vanilla No S (mods now as a senior citizen)
