On May 20th my house was blown away by a tornado...we were not home..Thank God...we lost all of our "stuff" and two dogs. We are doing well...starting to rebuild...been very blessed through all of this.
Anyway...i'ts time I start taking better care of myself....making myself a priority but the last thing I need is to add more stress by being on a diet. Just the thought of counting calories makes me want to run for the hills. No S looks like something I can do without adding stress. I anticipate that staying focused and stress eating will be the main issues I will have to deal with.
This seems like a good place to find advice and support as I begin to make these changes. Thanks for listening.

Welcome to No S, K -- it's a calm, sane place. Sounds like that is something you might appreciate right now! I can't imagine all you've been through, but your instinct to take care of yourself now is very healthy and you'll find this is a very healthy way to do it!

OMgosh, Khousely! (I think I know you, right?) What an experience! Anyway, we're on your side. Food sanity is worth a lot.
