Hi I am new!

Hi
For the past eight weeks I've been training for my first walking half marathon. I have a little over four weeks to go until the big day. This is my first time attempting anything like this. The walking exercise part of the training has gone well but the eating is terrible. I know the No S Diet eating plan will help with this problem.
I am hypoglycemic so I will need to eat four meals a day but I really think this is a do-able program i can follow for the rest of my life and will help with my training. I weigh 225 pounds right now. When I eat well I walk better. So this is
a win situation because I will not be overeating anymore. Which will help with the weight loss and training.

Hi butterfly7! Welcome to the forum. Good luck with your walking, I just recently have started a walking program too, and am considering walking a half marathon in January. I look forward to hearing about your food and walking journey. :)

Welcome, butterfly7! It's a very sustainable plan -- and you've already got the exercise habit in place! Good luck to you!

Welcome!

Just remember that it takes most people a few false starts to get it right. Be kind to yourself if this holds true for you.

Good luck!
