Hello,
My name is Gwen and I am new to NO S. I have not recieved the book yet, but I am anxiously awaiting it's arrival. I am 52 years old and a CHRONIC dieter. I've suffered from several eating disorders and have been brutal to my body. I need to lose 60 lbs and I just can't fathom another DIET!! I came across NO S from a Low carb site. I clicked on the link and have been reading about it for days. Like I said, I don't have the book yet, but I can do this without it and that in itself is so freeing to me. So, today, I am going to begin the NO S lifestyle. I will stay on this board and read as much as I can because I do have questions. But, just for today, I'm going to eat 3 meals, no snacks and no sweets.
Thanks!

Gwen...you remind me of me! It IS so freeing not to have to count, weigh, measure, and track every morsel you put in your mouth. It's like a huge burden has been lifted off your shoulders. So glad you've joined us!
