OK, Chani mentioned this test:
http://www.enneagraminstitute.com/dis_s ... wGKo_ldWHc
And I think it'd be fun for a bunch of us to take it and report. It's free, takes 10 minutes.
And Reinhard, if you're reading, understand this is a highly scientific measurement of the type of personality that is successful with long-term weight maintenance.

I have an equally strong (7 and 7) Type 2 and 6, (Helper and Loyalist).
Will be interesting to see where this lands for most No-Sers.

I'm mostly type 1 - a reformer with similar scores in 4 the enthusiast and 7 the individualist... sounds about right!

I think I'll be ruining this but...
Equally strong type 2 (Helper), 7 (Enthusiast), 8 (Challenger) - all five points
followed by 1 (Reformer) and 6 (Loyalist) - both four points
I don't believe in those kind of personality tests at all for many reasons but find them fun to pass a lunch time

Clearly my test is inconclusive. There was not much difference in how high I scored in any of those. All between 2 and five points.

Ok, I was a 1 (reformer), but just barely. I was tied for 5 (investigator), 6 (loyalist), and 7 (enthusiast). So, like eschano, the results don't really say much because I wasn't dominant in any type. Still, it's always fun to take those kinds of tests.
I think the funniest result was that when my husband took it (at my bidding, of course!), he went along although he didn't want to do it. He was quite dominantly a 9 (peacemaker). Ha ha

Equally 5 (investigator), 6 (loyalist), and 9 (peacemaker) with six points each. Close behind was 2 (helper) at 5 points.
