I'm a newbie to noS. It seems to make sense for me. I wanted to try this because I've been counting calories for a long time, and I need to get off that. It's getting a bit OCD-ish for me.
I'm also eating the same basic meals each day, apart from starting NoS. They're not exactly the same, but made up of the same basic components.
I'm looking to lose 12lb still. I currently gym 3 times a week where I do weight lifting and on the other days I just walk long distances. I love walking. So, here's hoping I can build a habit and stick to it. =)
