I was curious what personality types some of you are who have found success with the no s diet, either vanilla or with mods? I am an ESFJ (caregiver).
I have read some personality types to better with certain types of weight loss plans over others, wondering if there is a trend for those who have found much success here.
I thought this may be a fun topic to share and discuss!
What's your personality type?

I've dome out different types at times. INFJ INTJ INFP.
But remember that No S type eating is common in slim cultures and thus has been effective for MANY "types." The data you are likely referring to was probably based on a comparably SMALL number of people, maybe hundreds or thousands compared to MILLIONS, many likely not naturally thin, people who if they moved here, would get influenced by our habits and gain weight, as many people from thin cultures do when they move here. They can't ALL be certain types!
