I've been drinking a cup of jasmine tea as i'm winding down for the day a snack?

Welcome! No, that's fine to do and doesn't count as a snack.

Not only before bedtime, but I also drink green tea with lemon and honey during the day, between meals. It makes a huge difference in getting me to the next meal without eating.

Thanks everyone! That's what hoping but i worried a little cause I do put honey in it but less then a table spoon.

If less than a tablespoon once or twice a day is all you're having of sweets, you're probably fine, especially if it gives you incentive to be really firm about no snacks or seconds.

You can always reassess in a few months.
