Is a cup of tea at bed time a snack?
I've been drinking a cup of jasmine tea as i'm winding down for the day a snack?
Nope, not too terribly sweet drinks are fine.

If less than a tablespoon once or twice a day is all you're having of sweets, you're probably fine, especially if it gives you incentive to be really firm about no snacks or seconds.
