I had 3 good days last week Abused my weekend just a little and now it has been hard to get back on track this week. I am a chronic dieter that never really loses any weight. It is a cycle that I am trying to stop and I think the No S's could be key. I am having a good day today though and I am feeling good. This is my first post and I am glad to be here. :D

Good luck and hope you break that vicious cycle!!!
This is a very livable plan and it works if you really do it!
It's slow, so be very patient!

Welcome

I have just started back myself. I know this works and is so effective, but I keep doing my own thing and rebelling against everything and ending up in a pickle again.
