What is everyone's experience with meal timing?
Currently I'm finding weightloss success and overall daily routine simplicity in having the meals in a more narrow time window.
Turns out it is much more doable to withstand longer period without food than hover from meal to meal constantly.
For example, i will have a late breakfast, around 11am, then around 3pm i start cooking for family and usually have a light carby lunch (like a mayo tomato sandwich - any fans here?), and then family meal/dinner soon afterwards, around 4 or 5 pm.
Breakfast and dinner are more protein heavy, which is not always perfectly applied, but i make sure i include a fair portion of protein (in my case someting like a lentil/tofu stew that i make in bigger batches and really keeps me sated).
For the past several months revolving around this concept, my late evening and nighttime cravings are non-existent.
Im sure it has to do something with insulin fluctuations etc.

Re: Meal timing / frequency / content?
I try to eat within an 8 hour window usually 11 till 7 but can extend till 8pm to allow a post meal cup of tea.
Sometimes first meal is 12. I aim for 2 meals but if hungry before dinner may have a snack
I find it I can ride the early hunger it is better this way and according to some reading I have done the insulin pact is positive.

Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.

I don't do any kind of intermittent fasting. I usually eat breakfast at 8am, lunch at 12pm, and dinner at 6pm.
