Hi!
Are fruits considered sweets for S days only?
Thanks!

Fruits are fine on No-S days. Twinkies, cookies, apple pie, fudge, etc. is for S-days.

Yes, it is. I have an apple pie tree in my garden. Really.
Approximately 0% of the above statement is true.

(fresh) Fruits are great during the week -- just make sure to eat them with meals and not as snacks. Not only are they good in themselves, but they're bulky and crowd out less healthy stuff from your plate.
