No S-ing in my dreams
Have now done NO-s for 4 weeks and lost 5 lbs. Last night I dreamed that I was on a plane and was snacking. I was quite upset in the dream! Too funny.

Well done! Keep going, it only gets better. After a while it gets so embedded into your daily life habits that it becomes effortless and fretless, you don't think about it anymore and probably you won't dream about it anymorefeelgood wrote:Have now done NO-s for 4 weeks and lost 5 lbs. feelgood, I have always believed that this dreams are a sign that you are integrating these habits in at a deeper subconscious level.
Yay you and your snack dream!

After I stopped smoking, I would have those dreams, too; I would catch myself smoking and I would be all shocked.
I think it's a sign that you are changing for real and your brain is catching on the fact that, yes, this time it is for real and so it resorts to tricks as in "hey you, remember when we used to do this??".
