Hi everyone! I am somewhat new to NoS. I checked into it last year and decided that I wanted to lose the last 20 lbs. RIGHT NOW so I did various other diets and 1 year later I still need to lose the last 20 lbs!

I am grateful to not have gained back any of the 30 that I did lose. So now it's time to just get some healthy habits under my belt.
My question is...I enjoy evening wine and plan to keep my limit to 2 glasses. But I usually have one glass while cooking then one while eating but still sipping for about an hour after dinner. Would you consider this snacking? Should I avoid it altogether until S days? It doesn't trigger the need for any S foods (usually just more wine, but I can keep it to the 2 glasses) What do you all think?
BTW-thanks for all the info everyone!!

Drinks (unless they're full of added sugar, in which case they're sweets) aren't snacks, according to No-s. In fact they're a positive help in avoiding snacks. So cheers, enjoy your after dinner wine.

If I have wine, it's not unusual to have a glass while cooking. I really enjoy that, actually.
If I do that, I'll usually have another glass with dinner.
If I have a martini, though, it's usually after dinner while I'm relaxing with the family. (A martini and some Dr. Who is really a combination not to be missed. Honest).
