GrammaMarla,
WELCOME!
glad you ordered the book, I found it really helpful and it answers many questions that will come up along the way,
that being said-
red and green days refer to HabitCal, at the top of each web page beneath the heading EVERYDAY SYSTEMS are some links ... one is for HabitCal.
Using Habitcal, mark N days where you did not have sweets, seconds, or snacks as green. Otherwise they are red. Saturdays and Sundays are marked yellow for S days. Reinhard the creator of the No S diet recommends 1-2 days a month additional S days -NWS DAYS (Non Weekend S Days) - when and where needed ... birthdays, anniversaries, other signigicant holidays. These are at your discretion and are also marked with yellows.
Using HabitCal helps building HABIT, which is the core of NO S diet. This is opposed to focusing solely on weight loss, calories, carbs, or whatever "old school"

methods of weight loss we might be clinging to from the past ....
Using HabitCal can be amazingly effective!
in the book, Reinhard suggests putting fruit on your one plate meal.
I actually ate fresh cherries tonight too! they were delicious.
I put them in one bowl with my baked tofu,
I have some photos on my blog on other days and will put some up later this week that give visual examples.
I am glad you are finding No S easy to stay with,
I, myself, am so grateful I stumbled across the book at the bookstore,
