First week down!!!

YAY! But I have a question. And its TMI (Ugh!) But is anyone having constipation problems? Its been a problem all week long. I'm trying to help the situation with fiber one cereal, and some special tea, oatmeal, etc. but its not working.

Through out last week I ate pretty healthy, nothing that is typically bad for you. So I was thinking that this shouldn't be a problem, but it is.

And I can't think that eating this way would cause that. Maybe just changing to no snacks might be the cause? That doesn't make sense but I can't think what else it would be. Any input would be appreciated!!!

When you eat as much oatmeal as I do, you never have TMI situations :-)
