I want to thank you Reinhold.
I started at a weight of 154, today I weigh 147.
My goal weight is 140.
However, that is not really my goal.
My goal was to gain control of my - gaining ten pounds - losing ten pounds, getting too thin, having to eat more, gaining ten pounds - losing ten pounds, etc. etc. ETC....
Now I , crazy as it sounds , eat three meals a day - no snacks,sweets or seconds.
Relax a little on the weekends.
What a concept. (and all green days!)
